OF ANNUAL COUNCIL MEETING
9th May 2007
The Annual General Meeting followed
by a Meeting of the Parish Council for the above named Parish will be held at
Willingdon C.P. School on
Monday 14th May, 2007 at 7.00p.m..
The Press
and the Public are reminded that they must remain silent when the meeting is in
progress in accordance with the Public Bodies(Admission to Meetings)Act,1960.
Comments
or questions from members of the public on matters on the agenda will be received
at the Chairman's discretion. This will normally be at the end of the "open"
part of the meeting and the time allowed will be 10 minutes.
The press and
public are advised to wait until the resolution to exclude the press and public
has been proposed and voted upon before withdrawing.
