Objections
The proposal would constitute an overdevelopment of a corner site. The increased traffic and parking in this area would be detrimental to the surrounding houses and the local primary school. The existing dwelling has already been extended we believe by permitted development by a large dormer in the roof - this already impinges onto the privacy of 23 Rapsons Road any further permitted development on the proposed dwelling would severely effect the privacy of existing houses. The proposal is in fact planned to be built over a main sewer which does serve the properties in Rapsons Road. There are no other terraced bungalows in this Parish.

WD/2007/1705/F 37, Broad Road, Willingdon, BN20 9QT
Demolition of existing single garage and erection of double garage at rear including widening of front driveway.
No Objections

Planning for a Sustainable Future
Members agreed that although speeding up of the Planning process was a positive move the local input was not to be lost. The Clerk would send view from the Parish which stated that local knowledge on planning applications was vital to preserve residents rights and this should still be included on any applications within a Parish.
