PCS 22 Exclusion of Public and Press.
Resolved:-
That in view of the special nature, i.e. property and legal matters, of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public be temporarily excluded and are instructed to withdraw."
PCS23 Parish Property between 39 and 41 Wannock Avenue Willingdon
Members were updated as to the present situation. Members expressed concerns that this property matter had not been resolved.
PCS24 To consider the provision of a Parish Office
Members agreed that this would be a project worth exploring as the existing Parish Office had been a great success. Various locations were considered and members agreed to allow the Clerk to explore the possibility of a Parish Office with officers from Wealden District Council Planning Department and then officers from East Sussex County Council.
PCS25 Urgent Business - To consider any items which the chairman decides are urgent for reasons given.
