1.   Apologies and declaration of Substitute Members

  • To sign the minutes of the meeting held on 26 th January 2009 which were approved previously at Full Council.

3.   D declaration of Interests: To receive notice of declarations of personal and prejudicial    interests in respect of items on this agenda.

5.   Budget Monitoring / Control

a)   Bank reconciliations

b)   Interim Year-end Income and Expenditure to 31 st March 2009

6.   Additional Grant Applications for 2009/10

7.    Exclusion of the Public and Press – The Chair will move that, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the discussion of items 8 and 9 on the agenda as the matters concern personal and contractual agreements.

8.    To consider and approve the minutes of the Property Sub-Committee held on 9 th March 2009

9.   Staff pay review from 1 st April 2009

10. Risk Management - to consider effects (if any) arising from items on the Agenda including Insurance renewal.

11. Any other business - for noting or referral to next Agenda for Council or appropriate

      committee.
