 Councillor’s Comments and Observations

Objections: Due to overdevelopment, There will also be a loss of light to adjoining properties. However, some of the loss of light problem could be alleviated if the plans were changed to mirror those of No 26 who apparently had this as a condition of their own planning approval when their extension was added.
