Members were informed that there was a restricted covenant on this site.

OBJECTIONS
1. Overdevelopment by reason of scale, form and siting leading to a visually cramped form of development with unsatisfactory building relationships detracting from the visual amenities of adjacent properties.

2. The proposed dwelling would have an adverse impact upon the rights of the adjoining properties to the peaceful enjoyment of possessions and protection of property.

It would be contrary to following Planning Policy Statements:-
Policies GD1,HG4 and EN27 Of the adopted Wealden Local Plan 1998 Policies GD1,BE1 and HG2 of the Non Wealden Local Plan 2005.
